Symbiosis National Aptitude Test is popularly known as SNAP. This is an entrance exam for the one, who wants to join MBA courses offered by 16 institutes of Symbiosis International (Deemed) University [SIU] have to appear for the Exam. SNAP Preparation 2020

SNAP Eligibility Criteria
One must have a degree in graduation with an aggregate of 50% marks or equivalent grades and an aggregate of 45% marks or equivalent grades for SCs and STs. Students in Final Year can also apply for it, though, the admission will remain provisional until the submission of a passing certificate with an aggregate of 50% marks or equivalent grades and an aggregate of 45% marks or equivalent grades for SCs and STs.
International students or a graduate from an international university or institute can also apply provided they have a certificate of equivalence from AIU (Association of Indian Universities). SNAP Important Dates
Now, take a look at the tentative important dates before SNAP Preparation:
- Symbiosis International (Deemed) University had announced the dates for SNAP 2020 on 2nd August.
- The SNAP 2020 registration has begun on the 16th August and will be ending on 22nd November.
- Mock tests for SNAP 2020 will be held from 3rd week of October to 1st week of November.
- Admit can be downloaded on 1st December.
- On the 2nd Sunday of December SNAP exam 2020 will take place.
- Answer keys can be downloaded in the 3rd week of December.
- Results will be announced in the 2nd week of January.
How to prepare SNAP 2020? Start with Exam Pattern
The question paper will have 3 sections: General English, Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency and Analytical & Logical Reasoning. General Awareness was scrapped in 2019. The exam duration of SNAP is 2 hours, and including both MCQs and NON-MCQs questions, there will be 110 questions in the question paper.
Total Marks will be 150, and the mode of language will be English. The examination will be held online, and also, negative marking will be done. The exam pattern is the critical part of your SNAP exam guide and leads you nearer to the answer to the question “How to prepare SNAP?”.
In the QA, DI-DS sections there will be 5 special questions of 2 marks each and marks will be awarded to the right answer of normal questions of the section. In VARC section 1.5 marks will be awarded for each right answer. 25% of marks will be penalized for each incorrect answer.
