Know How 8 basic Yoga Mudras are Beneficial for Our Health

A human body is made up of 5 elements of the world, and each finger of our body signifies one of those elements like Thumb-Agni (fire), Index finger-Vayu (Air), Middle finger-Akash (Sky), Ring finger-Prithvi (Earth), and Little finger-Jal (water). Yoga Mudras play a significant role in maintaining the balance between these elements.

All these elements present in our body share a perfectly balanced proportion. Any disturbance in this proportion can lead to an unstable (unbalanced) situation of mind and make our body suffer from drastic diseases. The balance between these five elements can be maintained by some of our hand gestures known as Yoga Mudras.
